Check-in is 3 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m. Early check-in may sometimes be possible with prior notice.
Rates are per room, per night for 2 people. Single rates are sometimes available. Rates are quoted in CAD, and do not include HST. Unless the reservation is at a special non-refundable rate, no deposit or advance payment is required. Group reservations may have a different policy. We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay, Canadian debit cards, cash (Canadian or US). We do not accept cheques or money orders or travellers' cheques.
To cancel a reservation, please call us at 1-905-520-2447 ot 1-800-659-3714. If you cancel before 3:00pm on the day before arrival, there is no charge. If you cancel after that time, there is a charge of the first night for suites which have been reserved. In the event that you do not arrive, there is a charge of the first night, and the reservation is automatically cancelled.
You may also cancel by e-mail to email@example.com but the reservation should not be considered cancelled until you hear from Serenity Ranch.
If you made your reservation through a commercial booking site such as Booking.com or Expedia.ca different cancellation policies may apply and are listed on those sites. Guests who wish to cancel or modify a stay booked through a commercial site MUST contact that site directly. Serenity Ranch is not permitted to change such a reservation.
